ABOUT PETE MASITTI

Pete Masitti is an accomplished music producer, recording engineer, and educator based in Northeast Florida. He is the owner of West End Recording Studios, a private production studio serving artists, performers, and developing musicians throughout Greater Jacksonville and St. Augustine.

A graduate of The Juilliard School and The University of Miami’s Frost School of Music, Pete brings conservatory-level training into a modern studio environment. His career includes work with major-label and nationally recognized artists including Kelly Rowland, Shakira, Snoop Dogg, Toni Braxton, Luis Miguel, and Music Club Kids, along with hundreds of commercial music placements worldwide.

In addition to production and mixing, Pete works one-on-one with vocalists and developing artists, focusing on performance technique, studio readiness, and long-term artistic growth. His approach blends high-level musicianship, real-world production experience, and individualized coaching within a professional studio setting.

Pete’s work is rooted in the belief that great artistry is built on both technical mastery and creative confidence. Whether preparing a vocalist for recording, refining an audition performance, or producing a commercial release, he emphasizes clarity, discipline, and expressive authenticity. Each session is tailored to the individual—combining structure, accountability, and artistic development at a professional level.
